The business development manager will be part of our Benelux team and will be responsible for the Flemish and Walloon region of Belgium and also Luxemburg. He / She will report to our Country Manager Benelux.
The role entails you targeting and winning new, profitable business within both existing market streams and developing new ones.
- Identify new potential business in line with prospect criteria. (B-to-B)
- Acquiring new business by arranging new visits and follow-up sales leads.
- Work out projects in line with requirements from the market (find new projects, explore the possible solutions and convert towards Crestron Tech Sales)
- Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
- Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring you delight the customer at every stage of the sales cycle
- Generate reports on the progress in areas of sales and business development
- Reporting, forecast and pipeline.
- Constant learning and evolving on new technologies for solution-minded projects
- Keep up to date with new business opportunities and competitors
We are looking for a proven sales champion to join our team, someone who is dedicated to excellence and has a passion for new technology.
You are a real hunter with a background in AV sales.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Willing to travel (within the Belux region)
- Commercial skills are essential, a confident verbal communicator who can build relationships and utilize appropriate sales techniques
- Communicative and strong commercial mindset
- Team player (as a sales)
- An eye for detail
- No nine to five mentality, ability to effectively organize your time and workload to maximize opportunities to visit and sell
