Job Description


Our Marketing department applies an innovative, multi-disciplinary and research based approach to promote the business and drive sales of our products and services.
This department connects the customer to the product both online and offline by using hard data as well as emotional and qualitative information.
In addition, the marketing department carries out promotional strategies for products and services.



We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts.

  • Plan and execute all EMEA digital marketing, including email campaigns, marketing database and advertisements
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against objectives and goals
  • Oversee and manage all EMEA content shown on the Crestron global website
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Work with EMEA Marketing Manager on new initiatives and strategies involving digital marketing campaigns
  • Initial scoping, logistical arrangements, on-site support, post production of video and photography for events and case studies
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners including translation and creative agencies
  • Graphic design across a range of media including resize / regionalise and adapt existing literature, advertisements, digital and pull-up banners, case studies, press releases and event wall designs
  • Set up and integration of website registration forms / pages, lead capture forms and import of leads for events
  • Request, compile and feed through to the Crestron US social team, EMEA social media content
  • Custodian of database including contact data management and creating reports

Job Requirements


Our ideal candidate will require the following skills and experience

  • BS / MS degree level in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Hubspot or ESP’s and InDesign
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS, with the ability to modify existing  email templates and / or create new templates from scratch
  • Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design
  • Analytical skills and data driven thinking
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing, technology and creating fantastic customer experiences
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
