Job Description


Our marketing department applies an innovative, multi-disciplinary and research based approach to promote the business and drive sales of our products and services. This department connects the customer to the product both online and offline by using hard data as well as emotional and qualitative information.

The Events team is part of the marketing department and is responsible for the end-to-end project management of all EMEA tradeshows, events and exhibitions.

JOB INFORMATION: TASKS & REQUIREMENTS
Being a part of the Events team, your role as Events Coordinator EMEA will be to support the EMEA Events Manager in all aspects of Events and tradeshow planning and operations across the business in the EMEA region.

Tasks:

  • Support with the pre-event planning and logistics (such as various suppliers quotes, rooming lists, orders of give aways)
  • Track the costs associated with the orders for each event
  • Work with various suppliers, sourcing events related materials
  • Work closely with the Events manager on event strategy, road maps and analysis
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of the events program for all events, ensure events purpose and schedule are met
  • Oversee on-site installation at each event, to ensure expectations are being met and health and safety regulations are being adhered to
  • Complete post event reporting, including but not limited to budget report, post event survey engagements results, learnings and future recommendations
  • Be a positive, energetic, creative and supportive member of the global events team

Job Requirements


  • The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with a few years of events experience
  • A strong individual who is driven by results, works well within a team, are proactive and self- starter 
  • Able to show initiative and are someone who is ambitious and wants to develop 
  • Capable to work with stakeholders of all levels 
  • A strong communicator (verbal and written) 
  • Self-motivated, conscientious and organised 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to think and act creatively and be mindful of various cultures
  • Competent with all Microsoft Office programs 
  • Happy to travel now an again, this role will include some international travel, which will include evenings and weekends a few times a year
