Job Description


Our marketing department applies an innovative, multi-disciplinary and research based approach to promote the business and drive sales of our products and services. This department connects the customer to the product both online and offline by using hard data as well as emotional and qualitative information.
In addition, the marketing department carries out promotional strategies for products and services.

 

JOB INFORMATION: TASKS & REQUIREMENTS


The marketing coordinator undertakes day to day marketing activities and assists the marketing manager.

More specifically you will be expected to:

  • Manage flow of non-digital marketing materials from creation to production to shipping
  • Collate and edit marketing materials for translation and distribution to the regions
  • Proofread marketing copy including brochures and emails
  • Liaise with the wider marketing team (Events, PR, Social, Advertising) for effective EMEA wide marketing activity
  • Maintain effective relationships with the global marketing team (US, APAC, LA, Israel)
  • Develop an understanding of the EMEA regions’ individual marketing requirements and unique customer profiles
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with regional directors and sales managers in order to co-ordinate marketing activities
  • Monitor ongoing campaign spend against budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where issues might occur
  • Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting

 

Job Requirements


  • Higher National diploma or Degree; CIM qualification would be an advantage
  • Experience of about 2 years in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
  • Competent with all Microsoft Office programs 
  • A bubbly and open individual who works well within a team
  • Shows initiative and willingness to develop 
  • Capable of working with stakeholders at all levels 
  • A strong communicator (verbal and written) 
  • English speaking. Any additional language is a plus
  • Self-motivated, conscientious and well-organized 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to think and act creatively and be mindful of various cultures
